St Guron’s well is easily located in the churchyard of St Petroc’s church, Bodmin. The small C16 well house stands at the west end of the church. Above its tiny door is a much-decayed carving of a praying monk, presumably the saint himself.
The water passes under the churchyard and emerges about 10m away at a corner on a busy roundabout, the water issuing through a variety of spouts and troughs.
